The letter was left on the table. Azmi grabbed the cup without its saucer. It has been his way of drinking coffee early in the morning. Even though, his normal age is the average of every teenager who would love to eat cereal and drinking hot chocolate for breakfast, Azmi prefer the adult way of breakfast. A cup of coffee with 2 slices of wholemeal bread. But still his favourite of coffee would be mocha, where he mixed half of his cup with coffee and another half with chocolate.
The letter gave him a chill in his mind. Posted from a familiar country quite far from where he is now, the letter stated with only a sentence. 'Register yourself as Form 4 student of SMK Tinggi Batu Pahat'. The letter enclosed with a few thousand ringgit, an IC and passport of himself. This customer should have known him for quite a long time but Azmi had a blurry idea of who the person is. It was one the most crazy idea of posting a letter together with these documents. But these are the only reasons for Azmi to accept this job.
The dawn in Massachusetts does give him the chill. After praying for Subuh, he quickly settle down to his working table and switched on his netbook. Checking his PayPal account, "Ok, the payment is in. That's very quick," praised him for his last customer. The case ended not more than 6 hours ago. Usually, his customer would take at least a day to remember paying him. But the case did not have an emotional ending. Maybe that's why his reward was an immediate payment. Quickly, he checked for an air flight ticket to Kuala Lumpur. Malaysia Airlines had always been the most expensive way of getting to Malaysia. Labelling themselves with 'The Best Cabin Crew' doesn't actually qualify them to sell the tickets 3 times the price of other airlines. Azmi clicked on his normal page, choosing Emirates as usual and direct his payment to PayPal for a safer online payment.
"3 days from now, I'll be in home sweet home," Azmi said with a slight smile on his face.
